1. Red lehengas for the brides!

Right from Sonam Kapoor to Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone—all the leading ladies embraced red on the most auspicious day of their life. And brides who don't wanna go all-red can take inspiration from Isha Ambani who added the timeless appeal to her bridal look by carrying a red dupatta.

Weddings in 2018 were all about personalizations! Couples added personalized touches to each aspect of weddings and made their revelries more meaningful. And hey, our beloved celebs too took this game a notch above and got their wedding outfits personalized in the most thoughtful ways. Priyanka Chopra's civil ceremony gown designed by Ralph had her wedding date and her spouse's name embroidered on it. The waistbelt of her Sabyasachi lehenga too had the names of her parents and Nick's name etched on it. The 'Sadaa Saubhagyawati Bhava' embroidery on Deepika's bridal dupatta has already become a rage.

3. Keep the Makeup simple!
Now, this is yet another prominent and one of the best trends set by our celeb brides. Ditching the quintessential OTT makeup, all the celebrity brides swore embraced their natural beauty by opting for minimal makeup with nude lips. We're crushing hard over this trend and can't wait for brides to accentuate their beauty and not transform themselves with makeup on their big day.
4. Decked-up jewellery for brides
While there's a sudden rage of going all minimal on the wedding day, choices of celebrity brides turned out to be contrary. Most of the 2018 celeb brides (including Isha Ambani, Deepika, Sonam Kapoor, and Priyanka Chopra) decked themselves with jewels on the wedding day. Right from stacking the bangles to layering up heavy necklaces—they proved every bride must celebrate her once-in-a-lifetime-day with gobs of jewellery.
