An Enchanting & Festive Wedding At A California Vineyard!

An enchanting contemporary wedding, snuggled amidst the rustic greenery of a sprawling vineyard, Neha and Amit's wedding story is one for the books. From every happy聽moment to every second of celebration, the couple's gorgeously decorated June wedding had us mesmerised.聽

Introducing聽Neha & Amit

"Amit and I met at the University of California San Diego, and within a span of a few weeks, we became inseparable friends," Neha shares, "After graduation, however, our paths deferred in different directions. But when we both reconnected, we realized that what we had was more than just friendship."

Despite being a thousand miles apart, Neha and Amit's four-year-long commitment to each other is evidence of their love and adoration for one another. Despite their struggles, they stuck through. Then, one day, Amit brought Neha to a cliffside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, got down on one knee and finally popped the question!

The #NehAmitTheOne wedding took place at the聽Mount Palomar Winery聽in Temecula, California, where the couple and their closest of friends and family gathered to celebrate the happy union!

Close-Knit Boho Mehendi Party

Neha's henna party was a close-knit and short affair with beautiful pink and white boho decor, along with a gorgeous tent covered in white drapes and flowers. Neha dressed up in a beautiful pink and yellow ombre lehenga designed by Anu Batra along with long chandelier earrings and a dainty maangtikka.

Fun-filled Haldi Ceremony聽

The haldi was a function adorned in shades of yellow. While the decor was themed yellow, the guests also showed up dressed in shades of yellow! Neha and her bridesmaids performed during the haldi, dedicating the performance to the groom. For the haldi, Neha dressed up in a beautiful聽yellow lehenga by聽Anu Batra聽along with gorgeous floral jewellery, whereas Amit chose a white kurta-pyjama with a yellow Nehru jacket.聽

Bohemian Sangeet With A Moroccan Vibe

For the Sangeet, Neha and Amit chose a bohemian theme with a Moroccan vibe. The venue was drenched in shades of bright pink, corals, fushcia with specs of teal. Neha wore a gorgeous lehenga in shades of orange with mirror work and fringe patterns by the designer studio聽Manshaa. Amit, on the other hand, chose a custom made blue bandhgala with a dainty brooch. From a grand dancefloor to fairy lights and unending shots of booze, the party lasted late into the night, making it an unforgettable night for everyone!

California Wedding With Bride in GORG Red Lehenga

The wedding was a splendid affair, with generous use of white and green decor elements. Neha dressed up in a gorgeous red lehenga by Seema Gujral and Amit chose an off-white sherwani. The couple looked ethereal on their wedding day and their bridesmaids and groomsmen only complimented them more with their coordinated outfits. The wedding venue was dressed in white and green, along with pastel coloured elements along with earthy elements like dried pampas grass and wicker baskets.聽

While the groom made his entry on a rented vintage Porsche with his baraat, the bride danced down the ailse with her bridesmaids shading her from the sun with gorgeous white paper umbrellas. Once married, the couple rode off into the sunset in their vintage car!

Glam Reception Dinner

The reception dinner was a black-tie event, with Neha dressed up in a jaw-dropping green lehenga with full sequins work by the designer studio聽Manshaa. Whereas Amit wore a dapper custom made black tuxedo for the event. The venue was a lavish ballroom, swathed in grey and white drapes, along with hints of green adding colour and glass accents that together made the event really glamourous.聽
