A royal Udaipur wedding with a mushy couple in designer outfits, a spirited and jazzed up decor with cheery celebrations that knows no bounds is how Nikita and Vaibhav's wedding was. And we are absolutely smitten witnessing the bond this couple shares! This delightful wedding, that was hosted at different venues throughout Udaipur, was all regal and pompous just how most women, as little girls, dreamt of.

The Royal & Cheerful Wedding Ceremonies of Nikita & Vaibhav

The Feisty Mehendi Ceremony

The vibrancy and the cheerfulness of the mehndi ceremony was the perfect start to Nikita & Vaibhav's Udaipur extravaganza. While pastel-hued drapes, pink and shimmery cascading tasseled ceilings, light-hued blooms & a rustic wreath seating made up for the merry decor, the sight to behold was our oh-so-in-love couple. Nikita slipped into the super trending scalloped lehenga in sun shining yellow hue with silver metallic thread embroideries and an embellished blouse. She teamed up her gorgeous Jayanti Reddy ensemble with pretty polki jewellery and dewy flushed makeup.

Vaibhav, on the other hand, donned an Anita Dongre blue printed bandhgala with white troussers looking all dapper and crisp.

The Flamboyant Sangeet Night

Making up for how a classic pre-wedding party should be, the Sangeet night was one glam night with performances, groovy feet and joyous souls all up for celebrating this hearty union of Nikita & Vaibhav. For the shimmery hep night Vaibhav chose an edgy Tarun Tahiliani outfit in the hues of black and white. A white bandhgala kurta with an asymmetrical hemmed waist coat and a coat with collar embellishments paired with black trousers made for an upbeat and modern outfit for him.

Jazzing up for the night in a blush pink & chrome lehenga by Falguni Shane Peacock in their statement craft, Nikita looked radiant as ever. Glistening in shimmery eyes, soft makeup, open wavy tresses and scintllating diamond jewellery she was a sight to behold.

The Royal Wedding Ceremony

For their royal wedding that was hosted at the Jagmandir—a palace in the middle of water, everything right from Nikita & Vaibhav's wedding looks to the their dreamy pheras and jaimala with sparklers around was an aesthetically knit affair. For the wedding, Vaibhav wore a white and gold floral sherwani by Tarun Tahiliani accessorizing it with three layered pretty emerald mala and a stole.

Nikita whereas, chose for herself a statement Anita Dongre lehenga in deep red which she teamed up with stunning polki, pearl and meenakari jewellery, smokey eyes and pale lips. The couple looked nothing short of royalties together in their bespoke full-of-love aura.

So Vaibhav & I met in London, we did our post-graduation together in UCL (University College London). Coincidentally we had the same accommodation, same college, and the same course. We were together almost 24*7. Spending all our time with each other made us fall in love leading us to make a promise of togetherness for a lifetime.
