One of the last few weddings of 2022 included that of fashion influencer and content creator Arushi Mehra in Delhi. Mehra, who is a personal stylist, met beau Miguel Villaquiran through common friends back in 2019 and since then, there was no looking back. Introducing Arushi Mehra and Miguel Villaquiran

The Intimate Paath

To kickstart the wedding festivities and to bring in good luck, Arushi and Miguel had an intimate paath ceremony at Arushi’s home. Arushi wore a chic blue suit with white floral 3D cut detailing for this intimate function while Miguel donned a dapper aubergine-hued kurta. The two apart from smiling ear-to-ear were also very emotional and Arushi can be seen shedding happy tears!

Fun-Filled Dhol Night

Arushi and Miguel’s wedding festivities began with the dhol night function. For this function, only the duo’s nearest and dearest ones were invited. Arushi went with a drop-dead gorgeous midnight blue sharara with contrasting yellow detailing while Miguel complimented her in a mustard yellow kurta and traditional jacket. Their dhol night was also an intimate function with just close family members.

Arushi’s Rangeeli Mehendi

Arushi Mehra’s mehendi function was a mighty colourful affair. For this function, Arushi went full traditional by donning the most surreal ombre blue floral lehenga. Along with her gorgeous lehenga, Mehra paired a small-size maang tikka and a small-size passa. For her neck jewellery, Mehra went with an extravagant choker. While Arushi glowed in blue, Miguel looked quite handsome in a short open bandhgala. If you look closely, you’ll see the stunning lime yellow and powder blue embroidery that’s done on his outfit.

Talking about the decor, Arushi’s mehendi decor has our whole hearts. The mehendi decor was a colour blast with elements like rainbow flowers, vibrant flooring, colourful French windows and whatnot. Oh, and our favourite decor element has to be the mirror with the famous K3G quote, “tumhe koi haqq nahi banta ki tum itni sundar logo”

The Luxe Sangeet Function

Arushi and Miguel had the chicest and luxe sangeet function. The decor for this function is absolutely stunning and unlike anything we've seen before. Coming to the outfits, Arushi for her sangeet ceremony, opted for a traditional pink and white lehenga. For her eye makeup, Mehra went bold by opting for a black smokey eye. While Mehra pulled off a traditional bold look, Miguel wowed us all in blue. The dapper groom went with a long bandhgala and straight pants. Scroll below to check out their complete looks!

Arushi & Miguel’s Christian Wedding

Arushi and Miguel had the most enchanting Christian wedding. For her Christian wedding, Arushi went with a floral lace fishtail gown paired with white net gloves. For jewelry, Mehra opted for a diamond and emerald neckpiece. She went with a sleek bun and completed her look with a long veil on top of the bun. Miguel complimented Arushi in a white tux and white shirt that he paired with a black bow tie. The two seem madly in love and are seen smiling ear-to-ear.

Arushi & Miguel’s Indian Wedding

After Arushi and Miguel’s Christina wedding, next came their Indian wedding. Having taken place during the nighttime, the Indian wedding was nothing short of perfection. Arushi for her big day opted for a traditional red lehenga and a light pink dupatta. For her wedding jewellery, Mehra went with diamonds. What we loved about her Indian wedding look is that Arushi went with the lightest shade of chooda. And, while Arushi looked ravishing in red, Miguel was a vision in ivory white. He went with a green maala and a green safa.
