Actor, writer, director Farhan Akhtar recently tied the knot with his partner, actor-host Shibani Dandekar in an intimate and dreamy backyard wedding amidst a natural backdrop on the 19th of February in Khandala. Introducing Farhan Akhtar & Shibani Dandekar Akhtar 

First up is our dashing groom-to-be, Farhan Akhtar who wore a black tuxedo designed by Govinda Mehta and looked extremely dapper at his intimate wedding.

On the other hand, our STUNNING to-be-bride, Shibani Dandekar wore a custom-designed off-shoulder red dress by JADE by Monica and Karishma. The gown is made from French Chantilly Lace, and hand embroidered by master artisans with the signature vermillion red palette! She looked divine. 🥰

The couple had been dating for over four years, and solemnised their vows in a lovely ceremony surrounded by friends and loved ones. Shivani was walked down the aisle by her father, and looked absolutely radiant! In fact, what we LOVED the most was that the duo got hitched under a tree and a FAB decor done by ShaadiSaga's vendor Altair by Janki Desai. 

Many attendees were seen overcome with the beauty of the love these two shared and images captures are truly heartwarming. ❤️

The ceremony was an intimate family affair at father Javed Akthar's farmhouse in Khandala! It was a day full of laughter and joy. 🥰

Many B-town celebs including Hrithik Roshan, Farah Khan, Rhea Chakraborty, sister Zoya Khan amongst others were in attendance for the festivities. Hrithik Roshan, Farah Khan, the groom were seen at the dance floor jamming to the song Senorita from Farhan's film, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy were also in attendance and serenaded the couple with a song from Farhaan's movie, Dil Chahta Hai.

A truly joyous occasion with two families coming together and celebrating the union between these two lovebirds!

Farhan's groom squad with his mother Honey Irani at the center, and then later on with his bride is giving us #groomgoals! Such elegance. ❤️

They also opted for a civil ceremony on Monday, and after signing the documents they distributed sweets to the photographers. Both were twinning in pale pink, with Shibani wearing a gorgeous Anamika Khanna saree.

These two truly look every inch in love and we couldn't be happier for them!
