When we first stumbled upon bride Anupriya's proposal for her college sweetheart Sudhanshu, we couldn't believe it was all planned within a week! Right from finalising the venue, to purchasing the proposal ring and even getting the decor arrangements done - the bride did it all by herself in a tight timeline and gave her beau the best birthday surprise ever.

Meet Anupriya & Sudhanshu, a Delhi-based couple who are now planning their wedding post this whimsical proposal. Anupriya always knew she wanted to pop the question. It was only a few days before his birthday that she decided to propose to him on a special day. She only had a week's time, but did that lift her spirits down? Not. She took the challenge and managed to create an oh-so-dreamy moment for her beau that we can't get over. Without any further ado, let's show you the endearing captures and spill all the beans on how Anupriya planned it all!

Dreamy Proposal At A Cafe In Delhi-NCR

After an extensive online venue hunt, Anurpiya chanced upon Big Tree Cafe in Gurugram. Boasting a picturesque cabana-style seating amid lush greens and multitudes of fairylights that make the environs whimsical in the evening, the cafe ticked off all the boxes! Furthermore, they provide space for private dinners as well. You can choose from a dome setup, teepee tent decor or just have a romantic experience under the sky of fairy lights. Anupriya chose a secluded dome setup, and how magical it looked! The venue's team also helped bring a photographer onboard to lens the most special memory. And here is finally the glimpse of it:

While the ring band was purchased two days before from PP Jewellers, the outfits for the special moment were shopped disguised as birthday fits. Being a content writer, Anupriya wrote a heartfelt speech on her phone while sitting right next to him in the car. Filled with emotions & a dash of wit, her words hit right in the feels. She paid attention to the details and got a special message written on the cake. "Yes, or Yes?" it asked.

“We’ve been together for almost 7 years & I always knew I want to propose to him someday. And it was for his birthday that I decided to go for it. With just about a week left for his birthday, I and my friends scouted for different venues (one of which was also our college, where it all started) & finalized @bigtreecafegurgaon because I fell in love with their dome setups instantly. And I knew he would too. We went and shopped for the supposedly birthday outfits while the place was still a surprise for him. He probably had some hints about what was going on nevertheless, he was totally surprised when it all happened. With delicious food, romantic decor, dreamy lights, and some live music, the evening was perfect and exactly how I wanted it to be. Although I did fumble a bit during my proposal speech, he said yes (obviously) and we're are now on to planning our wedding already," Anurpiya shared with us.
