Blissful Sikh Wedding in Thailand with Loot-worthy Outfits & Decor

We don't just write and talk about weddings, we breathe them and we live them! Weddings are food for our souls and when we witness weddings that satiate our soul, they mean everything to us. And such is this wedding of the oh-so-in-love couple—Ishdeep & Guntas.

Their wedding that was hosted at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Thailand is making our hearts flutter in sheer awe at the beautiful and bewitching affair that it was. So much so, that the bespoke photos that were extraordinarily captured by the lens of Infinite Memories only make us wish that we were there to experience it live. Planned and executed incredibly by The Wedding Galore, the wedding's unmissable effervescence got us hooked and how!

From the gorgeous looking couple in stunning outfits to phenomenally done decor by Design by Niphon, that's soothing to the eyes and the heart alike, this Sikh wedding has made a special place in our hearts and would surely do in yours too. In fact, let's get started with their wedding revelries.

Wedding Revelries of Ishdeep & Guntas

Breezy Mehndi Ceremony

Guntas & Ishdeep's wedding soirees began with a bright and colorful Mehndi ceremony. With a white trellis adorned with beautiful flowers and greens creating the backdrop for a simplistic white sofa seating the decor made up for a lively and joyous mood. Keeping up with the Mehndi vibe, Guntas gleamed in a bright chrome yellow crop top and skirt with heavy dabka embroideries. Completing her look with subtle makeup, open tresses and pretty accessories by Purab Paschim, the bride outshone unmissably. Matching up with his bae, Ishdeep looked handsome in a pastel yellow kurta pyjama set with a stellar nehru jacket.

Warm Welcome Dinner

The Mehndi ceremony was then followed by a welcome dinner for all the guests. Keeping the decor of the night all ivory and beige with gorgeously adorned tablescapes spread across the lawn, the dinner surely was a warm and cosy affair. For the welcome dinner while Ishdeep wore a suit, Guntas donned an embellished blush strappy Dolly J gown. With straight hair, smokey eyes and nude pink lips, she looked just perfect for the night.

Cheery Pool Party

The pool party decor was color themed around the shades of yellow, blue and white. Elements like a huge monogram of the hashtag "IshqGunnaHai", rustic wreath setting done in the hues of blue and yellow made up for a gorgeous outdoor location. Playing pool and lawn games and dancing throughout, the pool party was an absolute chiller for everybody to let loose, relax and enjoy their time around in Thailand.

Jazzy Cocktail & Sangeet Night

Their sangeet-cum-cocktail night had a decor so mesmerizing and heart tugging that it has left us speechless and would leave you ogling at it too. Since it was Sakura themed, the decor was entirely done in splendid cherry blossoms. Beautiful white & baby pink drapes and matching floral and lit elements adorned the wedding venue. White hydrangeas, pink cherry blossoms, shimmery crystal chandeliers and lights made up for a heavenly entrance, backdrops and detailed decor. Remarkably amped up trees with cherry blossoms and hanging crystals embellished the stage that was lit up with hanging miniature bulbs and colorful lights. With oodles of dance performances the night was undoubtedly a groovy and a merry one.

For the night, Ishdeep looked smart and crisp in a classic black tux. Whereas, Guntas looked princess-y in a red Zara Umrigar gown with heavy beaded & sequined embroideries. She kept her makeup subtle and hair open in soft curls. Her scintillating polki jewellery with rubies and pearls elevated her entire look and believe us we can't take our eyes off her. 

Delightful Anand Karaj

In a classic red Sabyasachi lehenga, minimal makeup and heavy polki & meenakari bridal set, Guntas as a bride had a captivating charm around her while she walked down the aisle under a beautous phoolon ki chaadar. Complementing her fabulously, Ishdeep wore an Ivory achkan with a red turban & a red pocket square. Just like the sangeet night, their wedding decor was done in sophisticated hues of white and pinks with a plethora of blooms along with twigs & branches for the rustic feels. The surreally magical aura of the couple taking their dreamy pheras amidst this exquisite decor is unparalled and we just can't have enough of their photos. Just can't!

LIT Beach-y Sundowner

The decor for the sundowner recepion for the couple was done entirely in flowers and lights. While Ishdeep wore a unique hemmed navy badhgala, Guntas slipped into a statement Gaurav Gupta lehenga-saree with her hair in a neat bun and pretty dangler earrings.
