We know it is a common sight to see Sikh brides clad in suits for their Anand Karaj ceremony, but seeing a bride ditching a heavy lehenga for a suit for her Hindu wedding ceremony is an utterly rare sight! So, the moment we first laid our eyes on Kanika's wedding pictures, we were definitely surprised by her choice of silhouette. And the other moment, we were majorly crushing over it! We have never seen anything like this sort ever before, and we think it totally deserves your attention. We promise you will love it!

Real Bride Kanika in a Golden Sabyasachi Suit

Kanika glimmered in a heavily embellished rose gold Sabyasachi anarkali. She uplifted the style game by adding a waist belt to her suit. And y'all know how much we heart belted lehengas and sarees (they are our uber favs and look so voguish!) A net dupatta and an ensemble of chaandbali earrings and maang tikka completed her D-day look. She went light with her bridal essentials and opted for a minimal red chooda set and lightweight kaleeras. And guess what, she went sans jewellery on her neck and totally nailed it without any adornment around her neck. Bold styling move, we would say!
