Review for - Riya Kodali Design House

On a business trip a couple of years ago I bought a "runway" dress for my wife and, unfortunately I over-paid $500 dollars for it. When I gave it to my wife we found that the dress was filthy and torn in several places. Of course, it was never worn. We contacted Kodali but she refused to refund the money at first, but she did ask to return the dress. We did, on hopes that we would get at least a partial refund. Nothing. When my wife wrote a bad review Kodali responded publicly with a series of false and libelous accusations against us! Further, she demanded that we take down the review. She never returned the dress or made a refund. Her comments, her refusal to provide a refund, and the fact that she kept the dress (and perhaps sold it again) would land her in court in the U.S. We are looking into legal proceedings in India.

She is an amazing designer. ..she very patiently sat down to discuss everybody of the detail and designed the best for me and my fiance within a very short span of time.It was very hassle free.Great at responding and updates and delivery.Riya definitely is a sweetheart and loves her work dearly.Special thanks to her team and best wishes always.I definitely recommend this design house for all your bespoke needs.
