Review for - Once Upon A Time
OUAT is headed by the dynamic duo Swathi and Akshay. They were the right fit for us. The minute we met them we knew we were in the right hands. Young & dynamic they were aware of every new trend that there was. Most importantly they were ready to take risks, we wanted an eco friendly wedding and it's easier said than done. These two jumped at the opportunity and took up the challenge. It was executed to perfection and to our hearts content. Every whim and fancy a bride and groom could think of were delivered and on time. The eco friendly mandate was that of my wife, I wanted and expected a well coordinated tech based wedding. Trust me when I say this, there couldn't have been a better team who could have executed this. We had a wedding website, infact an entire CRM. All the guests were notified with emails, SMS, WhatsApp. All the location links were sent to all the guests. Our guests had to fill RSVP forms, I mean we had 6 events at 4 different locations we pretty much needed it. All our guests were informed about their flight details and who would meet them at the airport. All the guests were greeted well and were very impressed by the quality of service. It was truly a fun experience. These to have a nack of becoming a part of the family and feeling like younger siblings, all while being extremely professional. They took care of all the vendors and managed all the purchases as well. When it comes to gifting and decorations these two are gifted themselves. I really think if you're looking for someone to plan your dreams wedding or even any other event your search ends here. Don't even think, don't even blink just leave it to OUAT.

Review for - Once Upon A Time
I had lot of doubts about the wedding planners. And this time came when i stopped approaching the wedding planners and decided to arrange everything by us. My fiance who is NRI and settled in USA , we both discussed about this and decided that we will approach the vendors and will plan everything by our own by this we can also manage the cost cutting. And we started this plan together and started calling the vendors and the venues. But later we came to know about that in middle of our coming this precious day we are more engaged in lot of work instead of enjoying our own wedding. We also planned the destination wedding in which we had to arrange the vendors, shopping lists lots of work we ahd to be done by ourself and than once we came to this point either we enjoy our wedding or we just waste it in doing these arrangements. Than one day i was searching about the vendors and i got OUATl , i visited their site and i got that they were providing us the everything. So first i got the doubt that their charges may be high, but i decided to call first. That was the first time when i decided i should not waste my time in arrangements and should involve the wedding planner who can actually provide everything at demand. Our wedding gone just like the cakewalk. I am really happy now that me and my husband took very right decision nad we enjoyed all our moments together. They have very good experts team. Even they arranged the pandit also and their fashion designer was more than awsm. She helped me in choosing the right dress for me nad my husband. Overall very good service. 5 stars from us

Thanks very much for making my daughter's wedding during 16th to 18th Sep 2021 an everlasting memorable event spiced with your outstanding catering services. Since then, a barrage of appreciations are still pouring in on a variety of mouth watering dishes savored by all my invitee relatives and friends all over India and abroad as well. Arrangements during reception dinner have been well appreciated. We were so happy to see every one emerging out of dining hall with contented appreciative smile on their faces. Your staff was always polite, smiling and eager to serve. The "baratis" from Ahmadabad were all praise for your services. Your team has excellently managed all food requirements of guests from from Chennai and Bangalore in a balanced manner. I have to tell about the Photography as well as Decoration , Excellent management and delivery of the event. All of us were so happy to have this team manage our family event so beautifully! So I got introduced to Grace Events & Management thanks to my goood friend Sruthi. She gave me rave reviews about them and I knew I could trust her. And that’s how our journey began. From get go, their involvement and excitement was definitely the biggest highlight. They make sure that they are involved in every step. I think if the competition was not as brutal, they could price themselves a bit better, but nevertheless dream team for sure.
