cancellation policy - Refund Policy Refund will be made within 8 working hours or next business day after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy. You can cancel your booking through website, app or support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy which is as follows:- i. Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the booking start time, no cancellation charge will be applicable. ii. Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the booking’s start time/ No show: 50% of the base fare or 1 day Rental or 12 hour rent (whichever is higher) will be charged as cancellation fees.
