This Couple's Delhi Wedding Is The Epitome Of A Blockbuster Romance

Introducing Shivi & Janit

"Janit and I met each other through a common friend," Shivi recalls, "And our first ever date was at a club. I still remember clearly how easy it was to bond with him over something as mundane as our love for dancing! It was almost as if we'd fallen in love with each other at first sight."

'Distance makes the heart grow fonder'- a saying that applies perfectly well to Shivi and Janit. After dating for a year, when Shivi moved to Australia, their bond only grew stronger.聽Having lived and loved each other through a long-distance relationship for three years, the couple's is the epitome of a blockbuster romance that everyone deserves to live through at least once in their lifetimes. Soon, it was pretty evident that they were meant for each other and tieing the knot was the next best step for them!

#SJ aka Shivi and Janit's wedding took place at the聽Executive Club in Chattarpur, New Delhi. Keeping it simple, yet glam, the couple had a mehendi ceremony, followed by their haldi and finally the wedding.聽

Vibrant Mehendi Function

The vibrant mehendi was an evening affair full of bright pink and mint green elements that lit up the venue along聽with flowers and lights. For this function, Shivi looked gorgeous in a stunning orange lehenga with 3D floral embroidery in pastel and gold shades. What caught our eyes the most was Shivi's makeup, especially her colourful and vibrant eye makeup and her stunning OTT flower jewellery!

Heartwarming Haldi Ceremony

Keeping it simple yet glam, Shivi wore a yellow suit for her haldi ceremony along with large pink earrings that read the term 'dulhaniya' in gold. The bride's haldi ceremony was a function full of many heartwarming interactions between her and her family and friend that truly won us over.

Sweet & Simple Wedding Day

Looking like a million bucks and shining brightly, Shivi dressed up in a pretty red lehenga with elements of blue in it along with heavy kundan and emerald jewellery and gorgeous flower covered hair. The groom, on the other hand, wore a stunning peach ensemble, with a sherwani, safa and stole in peach along with very light jewellery.聽
