And, our love for makeup helps us further give you recommendations on what's a steal and what's a pass. So, after much swiping, swatching and testing out products long-term, our search for the best makeup products for brides has finally come to an end (at least, for now!)

Foundation 

From being the right shade to being the right fit for your skin type, foundation is another essential part of your makeup routine. Basically, there is no full-fledged bridal makeup without a foundation. However, it is very important to choose a foundation that goes with your skin type. If you have dry skin, then choose a hydrating or dewy foundation, but if you have an oily or combination of both, then go in for a matte foundation that work wonders for any occasion.

Powder 

Okay, we know what you're thinking! Powders can dry you out, or make you feel cakey. However, you need a powder to set your foundation and concealer in their spots. Otherwise, these products will crease on your skin, no matter how much they claim not to. There are many types of powders, but the basic two categories are: Pressed and Loose. Pressed powders are good if you're new to makeup and can be used to freshen up the makeup, whenever and wherever. Loose powders (or Baking powders), however, are good for setting and brightening your face while doing your makeup.

Eyeshadow 

Which makeup look is complete without a nice eyeshadow palette? None! A good eyeshadow palette for a bride should have the right balance of nudes, browns and golds.
