Introducing Samruddhi & Nipun's Vivid Wedding

Nipun & Samrudhhi's friendship started basically in 2017, but soon blossomed into a whirlwind romance which spanned a good 7 years until finally Nipun popped the big question and Samruddhi said yes without a hiccup!

The couple's wedding took place at the Mansion House in Alibaug, designed and produced by ShaadiSaga favourite Aash Studios and photographed by the amazing Epic Stories. One of the things that we loved about this wedding, apart from the couple's undying chemistry, was the decor at every function that totally stole our hearts away.

Colourful Mehendi

Themed as 'The Colour Pop Mehendi', the function was a burst of colours. The bride,  Samruddhi, had always wanted a boho mehendi with an indian touch. So, with the team of Aash Studios, the couple got a string of bright coloured elements with touches of Indian affects. From woven panels to flowers and colourful wood along with quirky signs and table mats that read 'Hakuna Matata'. The entire event came together when the couple entered under the blanket of colourful smoke bombs in cute, coordinated red outfits.

Sangeet

The sangeet theme was labelled 'Jungle Disco', a jungle-themed disco party it truly was! With the entire ceiling covered in tropical greens and chandeliers, the sangeet venue came together thanks to the lush green backdrop with a neon sign that read 'let’s go wild for a while'. One of the most amazing and important elements of this night was the dance stage that was lit up not just by the event's lighting but actually the dance performances prepared by the friends and family of the couple, along with their own mesmerizing dance.

Haldi

The haldi morning was all about 'phoolo ki holi' for the wedding brigade. An afternoon full of love and laughter, the haldi celebration was lots of love, laughter and colours. With elements like yellow marigolds and white rajnigandha dominating the event, the bride and groom graced the occasion with matching multicoloured outfits, with the bride shining just a bit notch higher with purple floral jewellery.

Wedding

For any bride and groom, the wedding day is the most special one out of all the other functions. And this wedding day was truly special. The wedding took place on the poolside of Mansion House, where the decoraters created a backdrop of the most essential fairytale wedding. A mirror aisle was created for the bride to walk, where she walked down the aisle in a gorgeous baby pink lehenga with a long trail that her bridesmaids held. The entire wedding was covered in pastel shades, with lots of flowers in white, with a hint of blush pink that not only draped the venue but also the acrylic mandap. The chairs were covered in cosy cushions,  with bells for guests to ring and flower petal cones to shower them with love.
