Sometimes, when we watch those Netflix shows, don’t we wish our love story to be like that? People who meet in high school and then spend the rest of their lives with each other. Pallavi Bishnoi and Rajat Swarup met each other in school. And today's love story was featured in a Netflix show. They have been together for 13 years. Isn’t that great? They wanted to settle into their careers before tying the knot. The couple has been through all the ups and downs of life together. They have grown together in different phases of life, from school to college to work. That is a kind of love story that inspires all of us to stick through it all.

They managed to focus on equality among the partners. The bride had a few words to say about the wedding. She said "Our wedding was about celebrating our love and having fun, focused on rituals and ceremonies that celebrated us as equal partners. We never wanted to do rituals just because it's something we have to do - we wanted to do only those rituals that represented what we believed in."

Introducing Pallavi & Rajat

Engagement

For the private engagement party, the bride stunned in a lime yellow sequined lehenga. The sophisticated border of the outfit added grace. She tied her hair in a half-braided hairstyle with head accessories. Rajat kept it basic in a powder blue suit.

Mehendi

The colourful decor of the wedding made the whole mood for the festive Mehendi. They used colourful drapes and lots of flowers for the setup. Rajat wore a pink kurta and Pallavi chose a green outfit for the Mehendi. She went for a customised mirror work set with a backless blouse. She adorned Kanakti Earrings and a mang tikka enhanced her look. She didn't go for full-hand bridal Mehendi. She applied half-hand trending Mehendi.

Haldi

The Haldi was an intimate event with the presence of the family and close friends. We spotted the bride in a yellow and white skirt set. She paired a simple white skirt with a yellow top and enhanced the look with an embellished belt. The bridesmaids coordinated in the shades of white, pink and orange. The minimal Haldi decor with streamers looked phenomenal.

Cocktail

The cocktail decor was a fresh breath of air with simple yet royal decor. For the night event, Pallavi dazzled in a blue shimmery lehenga by Seema Gujral. The detailed pattern on her skirt was the highlight of her outfit. She paired essential diamond jewellery like a necklace, earrings and bracelet with her outfit. On the other hand, Rajat also chose a blue tuxedo set with a pink tie, to match her bride.

Wedding

Their wedding was truly hatke. The wedding decor was charming. The white-themed mandap looked very pretty. The groom went for an ivory sherwani and accessorised with a pagdi and a velvet shawl. Our bride chose Sabyasachi as her D-Day designer. But what we loved is how she ditched the head pallu and went like a bride-chilla on the mandap. As we can see, the wedding was all hearts and fun.
