As it is said, some things are meant to be. No matter what people think or do, when destiny has decided something, it has to be done. We came across such a story that makes our belief in destiny a little stronger. Ishan and Muskan met each other at Muskan’s sister and Ishan’s brother’s Roka. They were just 13 and 20 respectively. They never thought of getting together. But as they got older, they realised how their thoughts matched. Their parents thought of turning the friendship into a family, yet again. The actual love story for them started after the Roka ceremony. They became friends first and then fell in love. 

Unfortunately, the couple had to postpone the wedding because of Covid as they initially had planned a wedding with a grand guest list of 1200 people. But eventually, it became an intimate affair. From unique decor ideas to OTT outfits this Mumbai wedding in Taj Mahal Palace of #MusGotHerWish is a dream come true for the duo.

Royal Welcome Lunch

The wedding ceremonies kickstarted with a royal welcome lunch. The event took place in a fort with gorgeous pastel decor. Even the bride matched her outfit with the orange green decor. She paired an embellished jacket with her unique outfit. The groom opted for a printed jacket with his white kurta pyjama. 

The Boho Brunch

The couple had a very unique brunch party inspired by the safari. They arranged a boho decor with animal caricatures which gave us all the safari feels. The bride donned a Shivan & Narresh outfit which surely matched the theme. She kept her hair open with intricate curls. Our groom styled a navy blue double-breasted blazer.

Sundowner Dessert Party

A sundowner party amidst a dessert? Sign us up for the party! Isn’t it so cool to have a lavish party in a deserted place? They had an extravaganza party with all the pomp and show. The duo twinned in matching blue Shantanu & Nikhil outfits. Muskan went for a classy gown and paired a dramatic jacket to uplift the whole look. And Ishan chose an elegant outfit with such details. We loved the shoulder work. The decor for this event was magnificent. They had a big stage for dance performances. The Indian touch to the decor was visible with the cushion prints and camel entries.

Fun-filled Sangeet Ceremony

Ishan and Muskan made sure of a lustrous Sangeet with grand decor and couple entry. The cute little pink chairs surely added grace to the decor. But what stole the show was the couple’s grand entry. Both of them chose shimmery outfits by Falguni Shane Peacock. Muskan made sure to attach the dupatta properly to avoid the hassles during the dance performances. We hope you all are making notes.

Intimate Wedding Day

In the lap of Bombay, the wedding happened in the famous Taj Hotel. One could also spot the iconic Gateway of India from the venue. The white-themed decor looked chic and elegant. Muskan looked like a princess in a metallic white Falguni Shane Peacock lehenga. She also paired a banarasi dupatta along with her lehenga. Ishan on the other hand chose an intricate sherwani by Falgun Shane Peacock.
