Take responsibility for their commuting
Generally out of town guests do not get their own cars and so transportation is a big issue in general. Focus on sparing some family time
The ceremonies will not go for the whole day, mostly in the days the guests would be free. Try chalking out with your wedding planner to arrange some fun activities or excursions for them in the area around. Make them feel at home and try keeping them entertained and get to hear—"This was an amazing wedding"
Provide a handy itinerary
You can’t go knocking on the doors informing each guest about the sequence of the function, its venue, and everything related to the event. Make sure theirs a handy booklet of events placed in every room so that it’s simple for you and your out of town guests to co-ordinate. Add a personal touch to it and make your guests feel that you are glad that they made it to your happiness.
Provide a small necessity basket
Obviously, you don’t want to get charged for petty things that your guests order via room service. Make a basket of basic necessary things such as water bottle, biscuits and other necessary food or medicine items. This would ease the flow of managing things and also your guests would not go running to the reception desk for tiny things.
