You fall in love, get into a relationship, things don't work out and you break up–that's a story every millennial couple would relate to. Tanvir & Harsimran too went through the same storyline but with a rather different climax. A mutual feeling of talking to each other brought them back together and we couldn't be happier! Cuz all of it eventually led to this absolutely beautiful wedding that we are gonna take you through today. Both of them hail from Punjabi families and took vows in a traditional Anand Karaj ceremony. Tanvir, the bride ditched bringing a wedding planner and planned it all herself, and we must say she did a great job! With her amazing planning skills, she successfully managed to match the decor, outfits of the guests and her own outfits to the colour theme for each ceremony. The bride also impressed us with her outfit and jewellery choices that she picked from multiple stores in Shahpur Jat, Delhi. But the groom Harsimran was not behind either, he wore choicest of ensembles that are sure to inspire you.

Kartar Photography lensed mehendi and sangeet ceremony, whereas Cheema Photography took over to beautifully capture the wedding and reception. Let's take you through Tanvir and Harsimran's blissful and equally gorgeous wedding revelries.

Tanvir & Harsimran's endearing wedding ceremonies

Gold and Black themed Sangeet

A black and gold-themed Sangeet ceremony gave a joyous start to Tanvir's wedding celebrations. Right from the guests' outfits to the decor, every element of the Sangeet ceremony followed the gold and black theme. But surprisingly, the bride also turned opted for the same colour theme and looked every bit of glamorous in a sharara set. She amazingly styled it with open hair, colourful bangles and an oversized maangtikka. For the makeup, Tanvir kept it subtle but we love how she added a dash of shimmer to her eyes and cheekbones.

Mehendi–A yellow affair

Looking like a bright sunflower, Tanvir perfectly resonated with the yellow-themed decor of her mehendi ceremony. She wore a fresh combination of yellow and green and teamed the lovely lehenga with white floral jewellery. All the guests were dressed in yellow and the bright combination of yellow and magenta took over the decor to make Tanvir's mehendi ceremony a true vibrant affair. It is noteworthy how the bride and her clan DIY-ed the bride seating backdrop using marigold strings, bangles and pompom hanging adornments.

A picturesque pastel-themed wedding

What do we say about this absolutely beauteous wedding; every bit of it oozed sheer gorgeous! Dressed in a dreamy light pink lehenga by Bhumika Grover, Tanvir made for a perfect day bride. She styled brought a pop of colour with a multi-coloured jewellery set and a contrasting dark pink dupatta. Giving the red chooda a miss, Tanvir opted for a matching chooda set in light pink colour. On the other hand, Harsimran complemented his bride with pure elan and wore a classic white sherwani along with a pink safa. Much like all other ceremonies, the wedding also had a colour theme, i.e. pink. While the bridesmen made a coordinating statement in similar outfits, everyone else clad themselves in light pink outfits.

Their wedding also boasted of a breathtakingly beautiful floral decor that worked as a great backdrop for the photos. Check out their mesmerising wedding moments that are surely going to leave you wanting for more!

The classy Reception

For the reception, the couple turned heads in western outfits. Harsimran looked dapper in a crisp black suit and Tanvir was all glam in an ice blue skirt set with a semi-sheer blouse by Armuse by Aayushi. She let her down in loose curls and teamed the outfit with a diamond necklace. However, the highlight of the reception was the couple's first dance. They ditched a recorded song and danced on live music instead. 'We Do' topped on their wedding cake was another element that we couldn't stop adoring.
