The wedding season is in full swing in B-Town, with weddings dropping left and right around us! Added to the roster of newlyweds are Actor & Comedian Varun Thakur and his beau Nikita Sahota! The couple tied the knot on December 7th in Mahabaleshwar at the opulent Courtyard by Marriott.

Varun Thakur and his long term girlfriend Nikita Sahota have finally said yes exchanged their vows on 7th December 2021 at the gorgeous聽Courtyard by Marriott in Mahabaleshwar.聽Taking to social media, both Varun and Nikita shared glimpses from their beautiful wedding ceremony that took place overlooking the lush-green, fog-covered mountains of the Western Ghats.聽

On December 9, 2021,聽Thakur posted a beautiful photo of his grand wedding on social media with a witty caption, "Paid partnership with聽Nikita Sahota."

Both Varun and Nikita opted to dress up in some gorgeous pastel pink and off-white shades. Varun opted for a聽vanilla vintage libra motif hand-embroidered sherwani聽by designer Kunal Rawal, along with a bedazzled neckpiece by聽Tyaani Fine Jewellery聽and a light pink safa that matched Nikita's outfit.聽

Thanking his designer friend, Varun wrote on social media, ''When your wife looks like this, you鈥檇 better bring your A-game to your wedding outfit. This is why it helps that your close friend is one of the biggest stylists in the industry. From the beginning, both Eka Lakhani and I only had one designer in mind and that was Kunal Rawal. I鈥檝e always loved how Kunal manages to seamlessly mix contemporary and traditional styles together. Absolutely loved this libra motif sherwani I wore for my wedding. Nikita, on the other hand, chose a stunning blush-toned lehenga adorned with gotapatti, Dori, Resham, sequins, pearls, cut dana, thread work and zardosi work by Anita Dongre.聽

Talking about her dream outfit, Nikita also posted pictures of herself walking down the aisle, "It was such a dream to wear聽Anita Dongre聽for my wedding, something I was sure about (maybe even before I was sure about Varun ?) Just the most seamless and fun experience working with the team (Meghna) who went out of the way to make me feel special on this day ? Also a blessing to have my friend Eka Lakhani, Team-E by Eka Lakhani聽and聽Kinjal Maru聽who helped me put my look together with聽Tyaani Jewellery. I love you Eks ?.
