Don't we all just spend our whole day scrolling through our Instagram feeds? But this couple got really lucky to find their love on Instagram. This much in love couple's love story started from 'love at first like' and then to endless meetings and FaceTime. Meet Gurleen, a bubbly and cheery Delhi girl and Lakshay, a Punjabi boy from Chandigarh who fell in love with each other with an Instagram follow request and then dated for 6 years before they tied the knot in an Anand Karaj wedding in Chandigarh.

Weddings that witness lavish decor are our favourite kind of weddings without a doubt! And Gurleen and Lakshay's wedding decor is no less than a dream come true. The two got wed in a soiree that boasted of magnificent and charming decor, cutesy outfits and lots of romantic moments.

The couples unending love was candidly captured through the lens of Ayush Agarwal Photography. Packed with sheer love and joy, Gurleen and Lakshay's wedding pictures are making us go head over heels for the beautiful couple.

Boisterous Wedding of Gurleen & Lakshay

Sundowner Mehndi

Gurleen & Lakshay had an exquisite sundowner mehndi which was everything a true mehndi is meant. Hosted at the Park Plaza, Chandigarh, the mehndi ceremony was the first official event for the wedding. The decor for the mehndi ceremony was kept exuberant, with colourful and quirky dreamcatchers hanging down the ceiling which looked beautiful and added a peppy charm to the ceremony along with a Punjabi vibe.

Gurleen looked adorably pretty as she slipped into a pastel pink & grey sharara by Manvi Kapoor. She perfectly paired her outfit with colourful jhumkas by Fooljhadi and pink floral hathphools from Prune India. Gurleen let her tresses flow in a half-tie hairstyle while MUA Joynie Ruwngtol gave her a subtle makeup which perfectly complemented her outfit. Lakshay looked his best in an ivory kurta set with a powder blue Nehru jacket by Qbik. All in all, the couple rocked their mehndi ceremony in elegant outfits and vibrant decor.

The Glamourous Cocktail Night

The cocktail party of Gurleen & Lakshay was one glam affair and promised boisterous and magnificent decor. The decoration for the day was kept in the hues of white, gold and grey and the venue looked scintillating with lots of fairy lights and elegant drapes. The couple looked charmingly beautiful and are giving us major couple goals.

Gurleen wore an ivory Falguni & Shane Peacock lehenga and aced her look with dewy makeup along with open and curled tresses while Lakshay looked all dapper in a black tux by Corneliani. The night witnessed loads of fun and drunk dances from the guests and the couple too.

The Lavish Wedding

Our hearts just fluttered when we saw the wedding pictures of this much in love couple. From their looks to the wedding day decor, everything looks so perfect and dreamy. Their wedding was a perfect blend of love, magic and joy with a playful and romantic vibe around the venue. Hosted at the Baikunth Farm, Chandigarh, the colour theme for the wedding was coffee brown, rose, ivory and gold which gave the decor a chic and classic look. Most of the floral decor was in ivory and pink which very well complemented the couples outfit.

For her special day, Gurleen wore a phenomenal forest green Shyamal & Bhumika lehenga covered with a sequined floral pattern along with a contrasting peach dupatta. She paired her look with a minimal polki and kundan necklace, a statement maang tikka, a paasa and a sleek nath. Her makeup for the day was soft and supple with smokey eyes and darkly tinted lips. To say it in a nutshell, Gurleen made for a breathtakingly beautiful bride. The groom, Lakshay too looked dashing in a fawn Falguni & Shane Peacock sherwani and a fawn safa to go with it. The pictures from the wedding are making us go gaga over the couple and the wedding day decor!

From the bride:

"I especially got pockets made in all my wedding lehengas. From my Manvi Kapoor mehendi sharara to my Falguni&Shane peacock skirt to my Shyamal Bhumika wedding lehenga. It was the best decision I ever made. The pockets made my life so much easier. I always kept my phone, mint, lipstick, a lip balm and some safety pins with me though out the wedding functions. Another tip for the bride is, do not go with high stilettos on the big day. Always prefer wearing either wedges or block heels to complete your look."
