While almost every color on the palette is making it to the wedding wardrobe of the brides of today, the quintessential 'Red' seemed to have lost its essence and charisma in the entire year of 2018. But as we crawl towards 2019, we see there's an evident change in how brides perceive the color red to irrefutably be a part of their wedding wardrobe. Be it for any ceremony, the color of love will add an effortless charm to your wedding look.

Rightly justifying so is the bride Purnima, who embraced a charming red outfit for her Mehendi Ceremony.

She wore a red sharara suit with fine thread embroideries and gota detailing. Expelling sheer vintage vibes, her hair was tucked with a bunch of red roses on one side; blown out in dramatic vintage waves. Purnima completed her look with a pair of note-worthy emerald jhumkas, red lipstick, winged eyeliner, and a red bindi.

When asked to the bride about her unconventional mehendi look, she replied,

I'm just very fond of roses and I knew I wanted to pull off a vintage, loud, yet a muted look with it. Since I didn’t wear red for the wedding, I kept it for the mehendi ceremony. Kept the jewellery minimal, plain sharara, and just went loud with the hair and dupatta.

If you're wondering who's the designer behind that gorgeous outfit, drop that thought! It's completely Purnima's heart and mind behind that creation. She got some local kaarigars at her disposal to create that drool-worthy mehendi outfit.

We're left gawking upon her vivacious vintage persona and are admiring her everlasting spell as cast by a new bloomed rose.
