Our favourite kind of outfit to relive is the quintessential wedding lehenga which turns every bride into an elegant queen. 

From the age-old and much-loved reds to new age colours and designs, bridal lehengas come in a variety of ranges. Thus, we've taken the time to compile a list of all the bridal lehengas that made our hearts flutter.

Pallavi's Beautiful Pastel Lehenga

2020 bride Pallavi styled herself in a pastel pink and green lehenga by Shyamal Bhumika, which was encrusted with sequins and embroidered to perfection- an outfit ensemble that's hard to ignore!

Nidhi's Stunning Maroon Velvet Lehenga

Velvet lehengas are love! So, when Nidhi dressed up in a stunning marron Sabyasachi lehenga, we were left swooning. The new bride chose to complete her ensemble with jewellery by  Chunilal Jewellers and made it a point to channel her inner queen when she stepped out on a garland shaped palauin towards the jaimala stage.

Sonakshi Raaj's Pastel Pink Lehenga

The adorable designer Sonakshi Raaj created her wedding lehenga with much planning in a pastel pink hue with a delicate mix of intricate embroideries using floral thread work, baroque zari, and a dash of crystals. We're still day-dreaming about this lehenga!

Davina's Ombre Lehenga

Regal bride Davina chose an ombre lehenga for her wedding which she paired with a short kurti. The entire attire was by designer Rimple and Harpreet with accentuated gold embroidery and hints of orange and blue everywhere!

Malika's 49kg Lehegna

One of our favourite bridal lehngas of 2020 was worn by bride Malika, who dressed up in very light mint green lehenga by Payal Keyal paired with a dark maroon velvet dupatta along with heavy kundan jewellery that made her look royal from every angle. The wedding outfit was a recreation and an ode to her mother's wedding ensemble. 

Sonia's Stunning Rani Pink Lehenga

We love lehengas that are embroidered with motifs of palacial arches. And one such was the gorgeous pink lehenga of Sonia, who bought her ensemble from Chandni Chowk. Keeping it mainstream, Sonia paired her outfit with traditional gold jewellery that looked perfect for the wedding day.

Mehak's Beautiful Anita Dongre Ensemble

In one of the first intimate weddings that we covered post lockdown, we came across Mehak, who married her beau during the lockdown. For her intimate home wedding, Mehak wore a sleeveless bright pink lehenga by Anita Dongre, with pastel blue and silver embroidery, which she paired with a dainty multi-coloured gemstone choker.

Miheeka Bajaj's Gold Chikankari Lehenga

As one of the first major celebrity wedding post lockdown, all eyes were on Miheeka and Rana's wedding. And boy, did the bride stun everyone with her exquisite lehenga by Anamika Khanna. Describing the fine pieces, the designer revealed that the lehenga was handmade, with hand-done zardozi with the finest form of chikankari and gold metalwork teamed with a woven gold dupatta, which took a close to 10,000 manhours to make.

Niharika Konidela's Ethereal Reception Lehenga

Another celeb wedding that had us excited was of Niharika Konidela. For her reception, Niharika wore an ethereal Manish Malhotra lehenga in a crystal-moss green tulle lehenga adorned with exquisite pearls, self-sequins and a signature power trail by the designer. 

Natasha's Winsome Teal Lehenga

2020 was the year of new and off-beat outfit choices. One such comes from Blogger bride Natasha who wore a beautiful deep teal blue Sabyasachi lehenga for her reception, winning hearts all over the world.

Kajal Aggarwal's Breathtaking Bridal Ensemble

We labelled 2020 to be the year of celeb weddings. One such wedding was of actress Kajal Aggarwal opted to be styled in a heavily embroidered red and orange lehenga by Anamika Khanna. As described by the designer, the lehenga was created in an intricate zardosi embroidered floral pattern that took 20 people almost a month to create. 

Vandana Joshi's Minimal Lehenga

Married recently to Mirzapur 2 fame Priyanshu Painyuli, Vandana wore a gorgeous minimal lehenga in dusty rose colour by  Pratishtha The Label, which was hand-embroidered in sequence and zari, along with rose gold gota patti.

Neha Kakkar's Classic Pale Pink Lehenga

For her Anand Karaj Neha Kakkar wore a pale pink classic Sabyasachi wedding lehenga embellished with 'zardozi' and 'meenakari' accents. Her look was accessorised with our signature heritage jewellery made with uncut diamonds, emeralds and pearls, set in 22k gold. Looking at the singer's bridal ensemble, we all agreed that the butterflies in our stomach were legit!

Varsha Jain's Unique Sabyasachi Lehenga

Varsha Jain, a new bride from Nagpur, wore this gorgeous, multicoloured, bohemian style lehenga by designer Sabyasachi for her wedding which she paired with a whole assembly of jewels that had us weak in the knees for her off-beat bridal lehenga choice.

Gauahar Khan's Gold & Velvet Lehenga

Recently wed, Gauahar Khan wowed us in her gold and velvet lehenga by Manish Malhotra, which was embroidered in gold sequin and zardosi motifs. 

Parveen Sohal's Scintillating Deep Red Lehenga

Designed by Wellgroomed Designs Inc, this deep red lehenga with gold embroidery worn by 2020 bride Parveen Sohal is downright stunning!

Shubhika Nagori's Elegant & Royal Lehenga

Bride Shubika wore an elegant Sulakshana Monga lehenga in gorgeous pastel hues and motifs of wedding scenes in gold embroidery- an ensemble which we absolutely loved.
