And so, the most buzz-worthy and trendy Bollywood wedding has finally taken place and we cannot keep calm! Yes, we're talking about the most awaited wedding of the season- Alia Bhatt & Ranbir Kapoor.

Taking place at the Kapoor's Bandra residence, Vastu, the wedding has garnered much attention. After keeping the wedding festivities under wrap and creating a buzz around the nuptials, the stunning couple has finally tied the knot, said their vows and released a few glimpses of the wedding ceremony, which we're glad to share with you all.

Introducing Alia & Ranbir's Wedding

Talking about her wedding and sharing the pictures on social media, Alia Bhatt wrote, "Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot - the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship - we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love, Ranbir and Alia."

The couple can be seen dressed in co-ordinating beige and gold ensembles while carrying on their nuptials and we just can't stop getting enough of them!

For the wedding ceremony, Alia Bhatt was dressed in a hand-dyed ivory organza sari embroidered with fine tilla work and an embroidered handwoven tissue veil. The starlet paired this with Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery featuring uncut diamonds and hand-strung pearls.

On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor wore an embroidered silk sherwani with Sabyasachi uncut diamond buttons, a silk organza safa and shawl with zari marori embroidery. This ensemble was completed with a  kilangi by Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery featuring uncut diamonds, emeralds and pearls and a multistrand pearl necklace.
